If you want to tap into this locked speed then make the following changes:

1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc
2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3. Expand the Network tab
4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box

6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %

                            or 

Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 22%

done this click apply and restart your PC

உருவாகியுள்ள “ரக்த சரித்ரா” திரைப்படத்தை இயக்குனர் ராம்கோபால் வர்மா இயக்கியுள்ளார். உண்மைக்கதையினை மையமாக கொண்ட இப்படத்தில் உள்ளூர் ரவுடி கும்பலின் தலைவரான விவேக் ஓபராயை எதிர்த்து, அவரை பழிவாங்கும் கதாப்பாத்திரத்தில் சூர்யா நடிக்கிறார்.
இப்படம் 5.30 முதல் 6 மணி வரை ஓடக்கூடிய வகையில் நீளமாக எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே இரண்டு தனி தனி பகுதிகளாக பிரித்து ஒரு மாத கால இடைவெளியில் இரண்டையும் வெளியிட முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
